( Bennett “Sandy” Masin - President ): has worked with some of the most influential technology companies of our times to include EDS, AT&T and Tech Data.  Sandy introduced personal computers to the Department of Defense, Microsoft Windows to Kennedy Space Center and pioneered the first ever Government business model in technology wholesale distribution now a multibillion a year enterprise. As founder of Tech TY, Sandy has created a biofeedback coherence application; consulted with CLECs, WISPs and ISPs to build successful operations including winning E-Rate Broadband opportunity for rural schools and broadband services for large hospital; and  created a successful Live Town Hall meeting with distinguished expert panelists for the National Leagues of Cities TV Network featured segment called H1N1 and the impact on Schools, launched Give The World Your Heart TV and is also responsible for creating the World Heartbeat Gratitude Counter™ and Group Heartbeat Counter application. As a philanthropist and founder of Give The World Your Heart a non-profit, Sandy contributed to establishing total positive heartbeats  as a new viable health counting measurement, spotlighting charitable organizations and establishing the DEEPEST positive activities program.
